Context & Challenge

The Challenge: Explaining enterprise IT services without engineering jargon

Enterprise technology companies often struggle to explain their capabilities to non-technical buyers, procurement directors, and cross-functional partners without getting bogged down in engineering acronyms.

Making Science · Sweeft needed a memorable, approachable editorial asset that commercial managers and account leads could use to explain software development tiers, infrastructure, and team models effortlessly.

Ownership & Team

My Role & Creative Team Collaboration

I developed the editorial concept for Take IT Easy, wrote the plain-language analogy framework for each technical topic, and collaborated closely with the design and illustration team.

My responsibility was ensuring that every visual metaphor directly reinforced the written explanation, rather than functioning as mere decoration.
